Subject: reactions on the "greek case"

Dear Colleagues,
I've forwarded the news about the Greek cultural portal to my colleagues from the European Diploma Group of 2006. I forward you a reaction of one of the members, who is inviting us to participate in a debate on a labforculture forum. The reactions and especially the suggestions of Mary Ann (which I found very helpful to structure our debate) could be continued in this forum as it could help to set the specific debate around the Greek portal in a broader context. In return, the outcome of this discussion could be helpful for all of us - and probably provide further objective arguments for the "greek case".
Best regards,
Frank

Dear diploma group,
The news that Frank sent about www.cultureguide.gr is the most disturbing one because of the fact that (in general) decision makers do not consider virtual environment as relevant (like it's also case in Serbia) thus they do not support (or they cut of funding) the initiatives that provides us with tools for online collaboration ... I would like to invite you to share your opinions online and join the open forum on TOPIC: Cultural cooperation online: changing boundaries? ... and dear friends, all your contributions as "impulse of the moment" or "result of a previous study" are fully welcomed and appreciated:))... "meet" you in the virtual space
This forum is open for posting contributions and opinions by all users. You can read the discussions without being registered; to participate in the forum, you only need to fill in a simple registration form.
regards to all
